1. Basic structure
A Freestanding Water Dispenser is usually composed of the following key parts: a water storage tank, a cooling/heating system, a filtration system, a control panel, and a water outlet. These parts work together to achieve the entire process from raw water input to clean drinking water output.
2. Workflow
Water storage and filtration:
The user first adds tap water or bottled water to the water storage tank.
The water passes through a built-in filtration system, such as activated carbon, ultrafiltration membrane, etc., to remove impurities, odors, and harmful substances in the water to ensure the safety of the water quality of the outlet.
Cooling/Heating
Cooling system: When the user needs cold water, the cooling system starts working. The cooling system usually uses compression refrigeration technology, which absorbs and releases heat through the circulation of refrigerant between the evaporator and the condenser, so that the water temperature is reduced to a preset temperature (such as 5°C). The cooling system is equipped with a fan and a condenser to ensure efficient heat dissipation and extend the service life.
Heating system: When the user needs hot water, the heating system starts working. The heating system usually uses electric heating tubes or instant heating technology to convert electrical energy into thermal energy to raise the water temperature to a preset temperature (such as 90°C). Instant heating technology has the advantages of rapid heating, energy saving and environmental protection.
Water outlet and control
The user selects the required water outlet temperature (cold water, room temperature water or hot water) through the control panel.
The control panel transmits the command to the cooling/heating system, adjusts the heating or cooling power, and makes the water temperature reach the preset value.
The user presses the outlet button, and water flows out from the corresponding outlet for the user to use.
